Today i have learned the types of microorganisms which are the bacteria,viruses,parasites and fungi that can cause food contamination which results in foodborne illness.Here are the two types of microorganisms the Pathogen Microorganisms and Spoilage Microorganisms.This are the lessons that I have learned on our lessons.

Today we are talking about Microorganism.Microorganisms are the cause of foodborne illness.We cannot feel,see or taste them.By learning how microorganisms are spread,we can minimize the contamination of food.Microorganisms can multiply very quickly in potentially hazardous food and most of the food we eat contains one or more types of microorganism.

Today our teachers discussed about Health Thoughts,that mind and body operate as a unit A. and mind contribute to a good life.A healthy body is one in which all organs perform their functions normally.Healthy thoughts can be activated by self-control.Worry and fear should be replaced by the health giving qualities of cheerfulness,courage,and hope outside interest and recreation relieve the strom of monotomy and hardwork.

Today in FoodTech our lesson is all about Hygiene and Good Grooming.The students successfully mastering this chapter.Good Health is required for the success practice for cosmetology.With it structure work and happiness are made possible.In keeping profession cosmetologist should be living examples of good health so that they will increased the value to themeselves to the employers and to the community.

Today we discussed about the Safety Measure In School Shops,the following precautionary measures in keeping the food clean that cannot be contaminated with bacteria,which are.....Remove watches,bracelets rings except the wedding ring to identify if you have been married when working in the shops.Clean the tools used in cooking by washing it before and after cooking to avoid cross contamination.Always keep the kitchen clean.

Today I've learned so many things.Everyday my knowledges in every subjects increased,but there are also subjects that were more difficult that you could not understand.Most of the subject I've been so difficult for are Math,Science and English......
